Z-Mask on-premises deployment

Deploy personal data masking on your organisation's servers or private cloud. Discuss infrastructure, document volume, integrations and retention with ZCNTech.

Discuss your deployment

An enterprise deployment planned around your infrastructure

ZCNTech offers Z-Mask installation on customer-managed servers or private cloud infrastructure. This is a scoped enterprise engagement, not a deployment included automatically with a Basic or Pro SaaS subscription.

We work with your technical team to define where processing and storage run, how users authenticate, and which network connections and integrations are required. Any isolation or data residency requirements must be agreed and validated for your installation.

What to include in your enquiry

Tell us your expected monthly page volume, typical document formats, languages, concurrent users and integration needs. Describe your available infrastructure and any restrictions on outbound connections.

Include requirements for retention, backups, administrator access, audit logs and deletion. Do not send confidential documents or credentials in an initial email; arrange a suitable evaluation channel first.

Start with a measured pilot

Agree representative sample documents and the fields to redact. Measure detection quality, manual review effort and processing time on your intended hardware before estimating production capacity.

Use the pilot to confirm installation responsibilities, support arrangements, acceptance criteria and commercial scope. Performance and recognition accuracy depend on document quality, workload and infrastructure.

Security and compliance requirements

Deployment-specific security controls, data processing terms and support commitments are agreed separately. Z-Mask helps implement a redaction workflow; using it does not by itself establish regulatory compliance or certify an organisation.
