Last updated: October 17, 2026Z-Mask provides software for personal data masking, document redaction and related workflows across text, PDFs, images, spreadsheets and API integrations.
These Terms govern access to the public SaaS workspace unless a separate written agreement with ZCNTech applies.
You are responsible for maintaining control of your account, credentials and authorized users. You must provide accurate account information and keep your access secure.
We may suspend access when required to protect the service, prevent abuse, comply with law or address unpaid fees.
You retain ownership of documents, text and data you upload. You grant ZCNTech the limited rights needed to process that content and provide the requested masking workflow.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and process the content you submit to Z-Mask.
You may not use Z-Mask to violate law, infringe rights, attack systems, reverse engineer security controls, upload malware, overload the service or process data in a way that creates unlawful risk for others.
Automated use must follow published API limits, plan limits and reasonable security practices.
Free usage is limited. Paid plans, page credits and enterprise arrangements may have monthly limits, document limits, fair use rules and separate pricing terms.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Z-Mask helps detect and redact personal data, but automated detection may not be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before sharing, publishing or relying on them in regulated workflows.
The service is provided for privacy and productivity support and does not replace legal, compliance or security advice.
We aim to keep Z-Mask reliable, but the service may be updated, interrupted or changed. Features may vary by plan, deployment model and technical environment.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
